• Refunds are applicable if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to reservations.

• Within 14 days of your  reservation you will only have an option for a refund or reschedule, if weather doesn't permit for your booking time due to our discretion. 

• If you reschedule you are no longer eligible for a refund for that specific booking.

• Refunds will not be provided for bookings or tickets in the event that a customer tests positive for COVID-19, unless documentation is provided at least 6 hours in advance.

• Each private charter reservation has a 15 minute grace period before the reservation is canceled and considered a no call no show. 

• Each public event (wine down wednesday, karaoke thursday, and weekend sunset special) has a 5 minute grace period before you are considered a no show and your reservation is canceled. 

• All reservations require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance being automatically withdrawn within 72 hours in advance of departure...(must bring id along with credit/debit card used for the deposit)

• Be sure to check the address prior to your scheduled reservation time, it will be sent to you after you book.

• Please note that even if it is raining at your location, it may not be raining at our docks. We recommend that you plan to arrive on time for your reservation to avoid being charged for your full reservation fee. you are responsible for the time that you reserved, and no shows will be charged for the full reservation amount.

• Please plan ahead, especially for the late evening and weekend times.

• Any damages done to the boat will result in a fee to the card on file. The fee will be based on the damages.  

• Please carefully look at your cart before proceeding!!!

• We reserve the right to alter or terminate a rental due to security, weather, or any other reason deemed necessary.
